IN APPRECIATION OF A CUSTOMER'S WORDS ON MOST POPULAR GROUP ENDEAVOR TAAZA THINDI, BANGALORE SOUTH

Just sharing my reply written sometime back - to one of valued customer’s view in appreciation of her experience @ our earnest endeavor “TAAZA THINDI” – to express our gratifying acknowledgement just out of sheer love and affection  


Great pains were taken to establish a South Indian self-service Eatery,
Only one of its kind in the service of South Bengaluru populace, is much acclaimed
Arduous path is not just often trudged by most while venturing out.
Just to earn few bucks serving those goodies at the end of the day shall not suffice,
But our highest satisfactory levels are achieved by spotless service



A customer is the most important priority in our premises.
Customer is not dependent on us, we are dependent on customer.
Customer is not an interruption in our work, but is the purpose of it.
Customer is not an outsider of our business, but a part of it.
We are not doing him any favor by serving him.
Customer does a favor by giving us the opportunity to do so in service.

Camouflaging whole activity shall not reflect anything,
but an everlasting awareness created about fair food safety practices
does lot of wonders at large in terms of learning, training & unlearning.
Enormous self-empowerment, self-employment, employment and skills created
@ work are also few factors that go far beyond one’s imagination
as to how an eatery can be operated with high professional standards in all fairness.

Every particle in this universe has energy.
When the particle or body is placed on a space time, it bends.
Particles do not attract each other.
Similarly, no actions can be transferred through a distance without direct medium.
Our See-through kitchen indicates how fresh the preparations are!
We @ Taaza Thindi have seen attraction between particles is only apparent and relative   
to customer

When we try to be idealistic, dream of perfection in us and other people blooms
We might have the idealistic goal for wellness of society
Being idealistic, also describes someone whose plans are possibly unrealistic,
But we’ve been trying to be realistic to the core by fair practices

It is impossible to state with any practical exactitude what the customer is.
Several common denominators found when we consider customer in terms of what he is not.
These things are fundamental to intelligent customer relationship and it may be added,
Most of them apply pretty well to the vast majority of prospects as well.


The customer is not a rank outsider to our business — he is a part of it.
The customer is not a statistic —
He comes as a package of flesh-and-blood human being, completely equipped with biases, Prejudices, Emotions, Pulse, Blood Chemistry and possibly a deficiency of certain vitamins !

The customer is not someone to argue with or to match wits against !
He is a person who brings us his wants.
If we have sufficient imagination, we will endeavor to handle them profitably
to him and to ourselves.”

Every contact we have with a customer influences whether or not will he revert.
We will have to be great shape every time or we lose them

Blessed are those who visit us
Feel good about how divinely business is run
That makes them revisit us again
Like visits to idyllic shrines with devotion bring tranquility 


Genuine choicest words of customer bring in lot of fervor to work more assiduously.
It can’t get better either while our earnest efforts shall go on relentlessly towards excellence.

COMMEMORATION OF 4 DECADES, RELEASE OF TWO COMPILATIONS ON
GOPADY SRINIVASA RAO'S VISION AS HE SETS REMARKABLE BENCHMARK IN FOOD, BEVERAGE & BAKERY  SERVICE ENTERPRISES, PAYS TOKEN OF GRATITUDE BY SALUTATIONS AND FELICITATIONS TO PEERS & ASSOCIATES IN A BEFITTING COLORFUL CEREMONY 

'Shubha Milana' and 'Namma Spoorthi' Memorable whole day events were organised by 'Mayura Group' today at Bunts Sangha, Attiguppe, Vijayanagar Bangalore.

Felicitations and salutations were bestowed on all those incl me, who traversed with Group CMD Gopadi Srinivasa Rao's sojourn all these 4 decades or more !

Event was impeccably organized with whistle stop event unfolding one after the other from morning till late evening. Be it a separate media room for invitees' special words that appeared instantly on huge LCD screen for viewers in Food Court, or the bakery delicacies, beverages and all other tasty menu served in special counters spread out on sprawling lawns, beckoning the visitors to quench their thirst and satiate hunger whole day, were truly admirable features, while the events inside the auditorium unfurled simultaneously ! 

Popular Group Endeavors CAKEWALA, AROGYA AHAARA (UNIT OF NAMMURA HOTEL LTD), CANE-O-LA, TAAZA THINDI, SKYLINE PIZZERIA & COOL JOINT served endlessly all through the day till late evening.


          
'Shubha Milana' the main event - to felicitate all those who shouldered onerous responsibilities in various respective group ventures over 4 decades or more - began with a starter, a lilting melodies presentation by well-known singers Vinay Nadig & Divya Raghavan.

Revered holy presence of Sri Sri Yathiraja Jeeyar Swamigal, Pontiff, Melukote Madhwaraja Mutt added dignity to the occasion along with nonagenarian hotelier, Sri N R Narayana Rao, MLC Sri  UB Venkatesh Jayanagar, Sri Prakash Shetty, Founder Chairman, MRG Group, writer & Orator Dr.KP Putthuraya, Retd Director, RGHS University and Sri G R Krishnamurthy, Co-Founder, Mayura Group. Sri Sanjeev Kulkarni very ably anchored the event in his inimitable chaste Kannada.

                                                  

                                         
Fusion band ,'Beat Gurus' and 'Mellow Trees' Followed their foot tapping music to enthrall invitees post lunch alongside some foot tapping kannada melodies by latest budding singing talents of Television. 

'Karnataka Vaibhava' a virtual visual treat enacted by Renowned Choreographer Dancer Dr.Sanjay Shantaram's disciples' dance ensemble, was awe-inspiring that left assembled viewers totally enthralled.

'Namma Spoorthi' that followed later was a befitting finale, commemorating 2 editions of Sri Gopady Srinivasa Rao's interesting life journey -  'Kayakayogi Gopady Srinivasa Rao' alongwith 'How to win in Food Enterprises - by evolving successful GSR formula' a compilation by noted wordsmith Sri Jogi. 
Sri Raghavendra Kanchan mastered the ceremonies astutely.

Dr.P.Sadananda Maiya, Maiyas Foods & Beverages Ltd Chairman, Kannada Daily  'Vishwavani' Editor in Chief Sri Vishweshwara Bhat, Sri Ravi Hegde, Editor in Chief, 'Kannadaprabha' Kannada Daily along with other dignitaries added grace to the memorable occasion by their inspiring dialect that virtually took the gathering into a thought provoking journey - reminiscent of making those arduous ventures a great success over period.

Ace Anchor Smt.Aparna Vasthare added grace as usual presenting the show with her usual aplomb and grace.

                         
Curtains were brought down to the memorable whole day event  with sumptuous buffet and multi variety cuisine served in Food Court.

It was a day to remember and rejoice later about how well thought out & very meticulously arranged these events were, spoke volumes of Gopadi Srinivasa Rao's caliber, percolating all his energies into Gennext.

Painstaking preparatory efforts prior to these events date back to six months at least, but the finesse with which each effort carried out was worth every penny spent, I truly felt

My heartiest congratulations go to young guns Mahesh Hathwar, Suhas Upadhya besides all those having toiled so hard to make the grand occasion so savvy and endearing to one and all who mattered.
